·         GM’s right hand person ·         Lots of variety ·         Daily routine is rare

·         Assist GM’s in general administration of property and all related management functions ·         Assume all GM’s duties and responsibilities in his absence

·         Assist with leading a business that involves planning, sales and profit optimization ·         Provide Quality Customer Care by handling customers concerns quickly and sincerely ·         Act as Manager on duty ensuring TQM

·         Assist the GM’s with Managing profit, merchandise, operations and team members training ·         Display leadership that will create and exceptional environment for customers and team members ·         Execute advertising, profit management and shrink reductions

·         Take charge of the store in the absence of the GM ·         Set example ad a leader, focusing on the career development of teammates providing constant guidance and direction
