·         1-3 years of experience in retail management or a combination of a college degree and retail experience ·         Strong analytical and decision making skills ·         Excellence in people skills

·         1-3 years experience in retail management a combination of a college degree and retail experience required ·         Flexibility in scheduling evenings, early mornings, weekends and holiday required ·         Microsoft outlook, Excel and Word experience required ·         Must be able to move around the store and or remain stationary ·         Able to carry up to 50 pounds

·         Have 1-2 years of retail management experience; automotive experience a plus ·         Must be able to motivate and inspire teammates ·         Have a drivers license and be able to drive vehicles
